Research suggests that 50-60% of Project Management Offices fail within the first 18 months of their existence! Not even taking into account a global pandemic within that 18 months! Jane Dowsley will talk about some of the challenges in creating a new Project Management Office and the opportunities and challenges COVID-19 has presented in regards to project delivery.
P.S. Our Christmas social will be held in the afternoon at Atura Albury, so don't forget to register for that too!
